As an ad agency, we are always on the lookout for something interesting and different to add to our annual conference. We decided on a Firewalk as it was an opportunity to not only put our minds over matter, but to prove that encouragement can take a team places.

Kerry’s psychology background came to the fore in our preparation for the walk and she brought up some very valid thinking which got the team talking and we were able to tie the event back to the theme of our conference, which centred around brave thinking. A few people did not think they would be able to do the walk. However, Kerry got every one of us over in the end, some embarking on the journey across the coals several times.

Kerry, thank you for an amazing and unforgettable Firewalk. Many of us still have our keepsake piece of coal on our desk as a constant reminder of our feat.
